MULTIS HYDRO MJ730 Series are specially engineered in order to solve the “idling” problem which can be found in machinery such as machining center with high speed revolution and air supply. In the general products, the high speed idling was a very serious problem, however Multis Hydro solved this problem by using this matter, developing ‘cracking Type’ which the seal faces are separated by centrifugal force. This “cracking type” with mechanical structure is our patented item. It is much more wear-resistant than rubber diaphragm type, as there is no transformation under the high pressure. By adapting the double drain system, this can efficiently protect the bearing. The standard Seal materials are composed of high quality of ‘Silicone Carbide‘ vs ‘Silicone Carbide‘.
