MULTIS HYDRO MJX Series is structured as ‘Manifold’ method by unifying the shape of the rotary joints and the bearing box. It prevents the accumulation of ‘Slag’ caused by ‘Slab’ as it doesn’t need the pipe for cooling water and is composed all-in-one. MULTIS HYDRO MJ862 is specially designed for boring machines. It is composed of the two circuits respectively for the hydraulic fluid and coolant, and these fluids don’t mix in case of the leak for their structure. The hydraulic-pressure circuit is designed to guarantee the stable longevity even in high-speed work as we applied a special structure to it without packing and to eliminate the problems caused by abrasion. The coolant circuit is balance designed and specially structured to avoid the damage on the seal face caused by initial Dry-Running.

MULTIS HYDRO MJ850 Series is suitable for the equipment which rotates at a high speed and is designed for the flowing of two kinds of fluids. Two different fluids never intersect each other or mix-flow in case of the leak inside the rotary joints as they build their own sealing. This is recommended for the case of two fluids that should never be mixed or have an extreme gap in terms of pressure. When the leakage occurs, the fluids flow outside through the drain port.

MULTIS HYDRO MJ842 rotates at a high speed and is structured to be used for the equipment which transfers air and coolant, both fluids. Oil Mist, provided through the air port, lubricates the seal face and bearings, thus guarantees the longevity even for high-speed work. The Coolant port is Cracking-Type structured to be also used in Dry-Running and its structure of sealing. It is especially designed to prevent the permeation of the coolant to the air line in case of the leakage. It is easy to dissemble with its all-in-one bearing system and guarantees the longevity despite the cutting fluid with a great amount of slurry since it is composed of high-tech material silicon carbide for the standard seals. In general, standard products we produce are separated into 200 kgf/m2 and 350 kgf/cm² depending on the pressure, but 1,000 kg/cm² is also available in a special case. As the spring and the cutting oils are segregated, it can enable the stable operation by preventing the swirling resistance of cutting oil and pressure drop.

Multis Hydro MJ410 Series apply to large-sized equipment as structure applying to steam and high temperature representative. This is used in paper, plastic and textile industries. Carbon graphite bearings are located on both ends of the rotor. This way, MJ400 improved the abrasion by its self-weight and impact resistance. The Hemispherical seal ring improves the life span of seal ring by decreasing torque. Especially, the heat treated rotor allows economical repairing and long life span. It corrects the right angle of the face through two precise bearings and is excellent even at the high speed. MJ240 series improves the longevity of the rotary joints as its two labyrinth seals of the body prevent bearings from the influx of foreign substances. The standard materials of the seal are high-tech silicon carbides and high-end carbon graphites. The material of the seal face can be chosen as either silicon carbide or tungsten carbide depending on the case of the water containing rust or slurry and the fluid being used on site. MULTIS HYDRO MJ730 Series are specially engineered in order to solve the “idling” problem which can be found in machinery such as machining center with high speed revolution and air supply. In the general products, the high speed idling was a very serious problem, however Multis Hydro solved this problem by using this matter, developing ‘cracking Type’ which the seal faces are separated by centrifugal force. This “cracking type” with mechanical structure is our patented item. It is much more wear-resistant than rubber diaphragm type, as there is no transformation under the high pressure. By adapting the double drain system, this can efficiently protect the bearing. The standard Seal materials are composed of high quality of ‘Silicone Carbide‘ vs ‘Silicone Carbide‘.

MULTIS HYDRO MJ670 Series is a specially designed model which adjusts the Cylinder Stroke through providing fluid pressure as connected to the cylinder of the rotary joints and the Limit Switch. It is composed of Non-Packing Type and used for the high-speed rotating uncoiler and decoiler. It adjusts the amount of fluid through Check Value which is built inside. Limit Switch Box installed in the latter part controls the fluid pressure as connected to Stroke Rod.
